Who we are

The Rialto Business Alliance brings together local business owners, non-profits, and community partners to strengthen the Rialto economy through networking, advocacy, and education.

The Rialto Business Alliance is a member-driven nonprofit organization that exists to make doing business in Rialto easier, more profitable, and more connected. We bring together solo entrepreneurs, established storefronts, non-profits, and major community partners around the shared goal of a stronger local economy.

Our mission

To champion Rialto's business community through three pillars: connection, advocacy, and education. Every member, from a home-based entrepreneur to a major community partner, has a real seat at the table.

What we actually do

The Alliance is hands-on. Day-to-day, that looks like:

• Monthly networking events at member-hosted venues and partner spaces around the city.
• Co-marketing campaigns on the Alliance Instagram, newsletter, and partner channels so members get reach they couldn't easily buy.
• Member-only roundtables on topics like local hiring, city permitting, and accessing capital.
• Partnerships with regional organizations like the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses on signature events.
• A unified voice with the City of Rialto on policies that affect local business.

Where membership dues go

The Alliance is operated by volunteer board members; there are no paid staff. Membership dues fund:

• Venue rentals and catering for member mixers and the annual State of the Alliance.
• Sponsorship of community events that bring foot traffic to Rialto businesses.
• Website hosting, email tools, and design services that keep the Alliance's public presence professional.
• Marketing materials, signage, and giveaways for the annual community expo.
• Coordinating with regional and statewide partners to bring resources to Rialto businesses.
